Purpose
Yogagenda is an information directory of retreats, training programmes, workshops and yoga studios in Spain. Its purpose is to facilitate contact between people interested in these activities and those who organise them. Yogagenda does not manage bookings, process payments or form part of the contract between the parties: any activity is booked directly with the person or organisation that publishes it, which is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information, the provision of the service and its terms. To facilitate this initial contact, Yogagenda provides a request form that forwards your message to the activity organiser and retains a copy for the period specified in the Privacy Policy; this technical intermediation does not make Yogagenda a party to the contractual relationship or responsible for its outcome.
Terms of use
Access to the website is free of charge. Those who publish content (organisers) guarantee that they hold the rights to the texts and images they upload and that the published information is accurate. Yogagenda reserves the right to review, edit or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law.
Intellectual property
The design, structure and original content of the website are owned by the person responsible for it. Content published by organisers (texts, photographs) remains the property of its authors, who grant Yogagenda a non-exclusive licence to display it in the directory.
Liability
Yogagenda does not guarantee the continuous availability of the website and is not liable for damages arising from the relationship between users and organisers, the accuracy of content published by third parties, or the use made of the directory’s information.
