About the activity

A small-group experience exploring southern India, with time to connect with its culture, traditions and spiritual dimension. It is not intended as a conventional tourist trip or a retreat, but as a shared journey combining discovery, practice and time for integration. The journey is rooted in the traditions of yoga and Ayurveda. Throughout the trip, there will naturally be opportunities for prāṇāyāma, meditation and Yoga Nidra, as well as Ayurveda principles applied to everyday life.

  • Pondicherry and Auroville: ashram, community, and a space for silence and meditation at the Matrimandir.
  • Thanjavur and Madurai: temples, devotion and ritual.
