MatriaLur is the bioclimatic retreat house run by Sarasvati and Ruben (Shiva Shakti yoga school), set in nature in Iracheta, Navarra, and occupying a private estate of 6500 m². This mindful space provides a communal setting that is ideal for slowing down the pace of everyday life. It offers a holistic programme combining yoga, meditation and breathing practices with what we call Ruralism. This is offered through weekend retreats, 4 or 5-day retreats, making the most of bank holiday weekends and annual festivals, as well as the summer season. All of this is complemented by comfortable accommodation, a sustainable setting and carefully prepared vegetarian food.
