About the course
Online Yoga and Mindfulness Training for Children – RCYT 95
Specialist training to learn how to design and teach yoga and mindfulness classes adapted for children, taking into account their different stages of development, physical and emotional needs, and natural way of learning.
The Yoga Seeds of Love programme combines yoga, mindfulness, emotional education, holistic pedagogy, play, creativity and art therapy, with a practical, experiential approach. The methodology is based on a fundamental idea: children’s yoga is not about transferring an adult class to children, but about learning to adapt the tools of yoga and mindfulness to their bodies, language and needs.
Across 11 modules, the programme covers the foundations of yoga and mindfulness for children; developmental stages from 3 to 14 years; anatomy and posture adaptation; games, breathing, meditation and relaxation; Yogui Cuentos; emotional education; mindfulness; micro-breaks for the classroom; special educational needs; adolescence; and tools for professionally developing a children’s yoga project.
The training is aimed both at yoga teachers who wish to specialise in working with children and at teachers, educators, psychologists, therapists, professionals who work with children, mothers and fathers, as well as people who wish to begin a new professional path in this field.
The course is 100% online, combining a virtual campus, more than 60 video lessons, downloadable materials and lesson plans, live sessions via Zoom, tutorials and personalised feedback. It also includes a year-long class curriculum to make the transition from training to professional practice easier.
On completing the programme, participants receive the international RCYT 95 (Registered Children Yoga Teacher) certification, endorsed by Yoga Alliance International.

Natalia Plotyanskaya
I am Natalia Plotyanskaya, founder of Yoga Seeds of Love, a school specialising in children’s yoga and accredited by Yoga Alliance International. For more than 12 years, I have worked with children in different settings —nurseries, schools, yoga classes, workshops and families— and since 2018 I have delivered children’s yoga and mindfulness training both in person and online.
Over the years, I have developed my own methodology, combining yoga, mindfulness, emotional education, holistic and Waldorf pedagogy, dance and art therapy, while placing children’s real needs and their particular ways of learning, feeling and relating at the centre.
I currently focus mainly on training and supporting adults who want to bring yoga and mindfulness to children, whether through education, yoga, therapy, family life or as a new professional path. More than 1.000 students have already trained with Yoga Seeds of Love and are bringing this methodology to their own children’s yoga classes, workshops and projects.
