Marta Bort Matas
I’m Marta Bort, a teacher and transmitter of the Yoga and Ayurveda tradition. For many years, my path has been connected to the practice, study and teaching of Yoga, understood not only as a physical practice, but as a profound tradition that invites us to know ourselves and live with greater attention and awareness.
I teach Hatha Yoga from a perspective rooted in the tradition and philosophy of Yoga, and I also support teacher-training processes. In my work, I integrate meditation, prāṇāyāma, Yoga Nidra and the knowledge of Ayurveda, always seeking to bring these teachings into everyday life in a rigorous, simple and accessible way.
For many years, alongside classes and training, I have organised retreats, gatherings and trips to India for small groups. These are spaces that allow participants to deepen their practice and connect with the tradition through experience, because I understand Yoga above all as something to be lived.
