Programme
The four days cover Raja Yoga, breathing and energy practices, meditation and Kriya Yoga. The programme combines practice and talks: mornings focus mainly on the body and energy, while afternoons explore the mind, consciousness and the spiritual dimension of yoga.
Prices and attendance options
