Estudio Yoga Nil

Estudio Yoga Nil is a family-run yoga school located in the heart of Barcelona, in Eixample. Since 1981, we have been dedicated to teaching Corrective and Evolutionary Yoga. Our way of understanding and teaching yoga has a history that we are pleased to share. The method we teach was passed on to us by Ramón Cases, a direct student of Nil Hahoutoff, after whom the school is named. At a time when yoga has grown considerably and many different centres and approaches have emerged, we remain faithful to a teaching tradition with a clearly defined history, values and origin.
