The programme covers connective tissues, biotensegrity and functional anatomy, fascia as a sensory organ, its relationship with the nervous system and breathing, myofascial lines, and the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
It also includes practice of different techniques using props, and explores how to integrate them progressively and safely into Yin yoga asanas and sequences.
