Karani Yoga Centre

Karani specialises in Iyengar yoga and is located in the centre of the Poblenou neighbourhood. Our classes focus on alignment and precision to develop body awareness and mental stability, while learning to observe inwardly through the postures. The use of props such as chairs, ropes and wooden blocks helps make the practice more educational or therapeutic when needed.
