For anyone who would like to get to know the Zama Centre and the IYENGAR® method. It will be held in Catalan and Spanish.

We offer IYENGAR YOGA classes and workshops for all levels and ages.
IYENGAR® yoga is hatha and raja yoga (physical and mental yoga). We practise postures (asanas) and breathing exercises (pranayama) with precision and alignment. We cultivate a meditative state, remaining aware of the physical body, the breath, and our mental and emotional state, with a loving, compassionate and equanimous attitude.
